My journey into the healing arts began with a deep personal reckoning — a long-held disconnection from my own body, from relational safety, and from the emotional clarity I longed to feel. Through years of plant medicine work, inner inquiry, and nervous system healing, I came to understand that many of our most painful patterns are rooted in early imprinting — and that true transformation happens when we learn to listen to the body’s wisdom.
Over a decade ago, I followed an inner call that led me to India and Southeast Asia, where I trained extensively in yoga, breathwork, meditation, and embodiment practices. I spent time teaching in Bangkok, where I realized that what I most longed to share wasn’t just education — it was emotional intelligence, regulation, and repair.
Upon returning to the U.S., I trained with renowned sound practitioners David Shemesh and Alexandre Tannous, which catalyzed my path into the healing potential of vibrational medicine. My work has since been deepened by studies with the Hakomi Institute and The Embodiment Process with Angelica Singh, where I cultivated a trauma-informed lens rooted in mindfulness, attunement, and somatic presence.
With a background in stage performance, singing and songwriting, I integrate sound, voice, somatic counseling, and creative play into a multidimensional practice. Whether through one-on-one mentorship, immersive sound experiences, or vocal meditation, my work is an invitation to return home to yourself — gently, truthfully, and with reverence for your inner landscape.
